Join us for Family Yoga, a relaxing experience for little ones and parents/guardians led by one of our yoga-enthusiasts, Miss Sandra! This beginner class is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together while promoting physical and mental wellness.

Through gentle stretches, simple poses, and calming breathing exercises, everyone can participate—no prior yoga experience needed. Family Yoga is designed to help you unwind, improve flexibility, and create lasting connections in a supportive, playful atmosphere.

Bring a mat or a beach towel and get ready to feel relaxed with the whole family!
