Sunset Library is hosting a Healthy Eating Challenge through the month of March!

The challenge is to make healthy eating exciting and easy to do. We will provide lots of fun, engaging evidence-based information you can use to support nutrition and healthy eating.

Participants will be challenged to plan, shop, and make meals and snacks from whole foods.

Whether you are ready for a complete nutrition makeover or just want to learn some tips for better health in the new year, this immersive experience will leave you with a lot of information, recipes, ideas, giveaways, and inspiration.

This program is for adults, teens, and families. Healthy eating is a community affair, and everyone is welcome. The program runs for 5 sessions, each Monday in March. 

Registration Required. 

Signing up for the first week automatically registers you for the full series. 

Family registration – please select only one person to register on behalf of the family.
