The 2025 Chandler Writer-in Residence series features young adult author Hailey Alcaraz.

In this hands-on session that sets the stage for creative success, participants explore tips and strategies for creating a writing environment that sparks inspiration and supports productivity.

Hailey will be Chandler Library's Writer in Residence from July to October, with sessions at the Basha and Downtown Libraries. This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a
division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and
Library Services.
