In this four-week series, kids ages 9–12 will explore the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through interactive mini-lessons, games, and group activities. Using kid-safe tools for creativity and learning, this series will encourage kids to ask questions, examine AI's limits and risks, and explore how AI impacts our world today and in the future. Presented by Stella Liu, lead data scientist on Arizona State University's AI Acceleration team.

Week 1: What is AI?
Learn all about artificial intelligence (AI), compare different types, and discuss how AI differs from humans.
Week 2: What can AI do?
Train a simple image model with hand signs or cards, test it, and explore why good data matters.
Week 3: Limits and Risks of AI
Explore important topics like fairness, bias, privacy, deepfakes, and the hidden costs of AI.
Week 4: Create and Learn with AI
Learn how AI tools can help create art, music, and stories, compare human- vs. AI-made creations, and practice fact-checking.
